Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The below mentioned tasks include but not limited to:
• Collect Performance Evaluation data and design KPIs Dashboard.
• Define jobs key result area and KPI weights.
• Ensure that all employees updated with their performance evaluation results.
• Responsible for conducting job analysis and update the positions job descriptions.
• Ensure that all company positions have updated job descriptions.
• Ensure that all employees signed their updated job descriptions and respond, explain to their inquiries regarding their questions and concerns related to the job descriptions.
• Maintain and update human resources documents such as organizational charts, employee handbook, performance evaluation forms, policies and producers, HR SOP.
• Communicate with employees regarding the updated policy and ensure that all employees understood and acknowledged the updated policy and signed to the policy whenever required.
• Update company written affidavits, forms and declarations as per instructions and ensure that all concerned employees sign and understood them.
• Ensure the legal compliance for related HR policy and written affidavits, forms and declarations.
• Develop competencies framework aligning with company vision and mission.
• Conduct Job evaluation and implement salary-grading system.
• Investigate the workplace violence and issue the disciplinary actions accordingly.
• Review and submit monthly attendance as per assigned area.
• Support all HR functions such as recruitment, training and employee relations to run daily HR activities.
• Perform that might be assigned from time to time.


• Deep Knowledge of standard HR best practices.
• Experience with writing company policy and procedures.
• Data analytics skills.
• Excellent command in English Language (Verbal & Written)
• Knowledge of UAE labour law.
