Job description / Role
My client is a prestigious management consulting business based in Dubai. This is a business with a high entrepreneurial spirit. This will be the first HR hire in the Middle East so it's essential the person has UAE experience. Labour law knowledge for Saudi would also be beneficial. The Global HR team sits in various locations across Europe.
• Skilled in recruitment, this is huge portion of the role
• On-boarding and visa management
• Performance Management
• Will have involvement in global projects with the international HR team
• Someone who can own and develop the HR function
• English speaking role but Arabic would be a plus
• UAE labour law/market knowledge
• Very professional
• Highly educated and smart
