Position Title: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation

About the Client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry; based in Sharjah, producing and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally.
Job Description:
• Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department from hiring to firing
• Take the lead in interviewing potential staff, explaining benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices
• Ensure that administration of pay, benefits, incentives and any monetary allowances are done accurately and within proper timeline
• Maximize the productivity of an organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 30 to 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years of total experience in the same role preferably from corporate setting or group of companies
• Can join on or before September 2022
