• Support all internal and external HR related enquiries
• Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administration
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Providing administrative support
• Maintain calendars of HR management team
• Filing of correspondence and records
• Assist with performance management procedures
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Managing and controlling of effective execution and and controlling of HR policies and procedures
