HR Generalist

Job description / Role

Job Responsibility:
• In-depth understanding and familiarity with the company's business, regular HR-related data analysis, providing suggestions and HR consulting services for business sector structure optimization, personnel management
• Assist the company's various departments to optimize personnel management, including employee care, employee activities, employee incentives, performance management, cultural advocacy and integration, employee relations, etc., to help identify and diagnose existing problems and assist in resolving them
• Cooperate with the needs of the company's business departments to provide other human resources-related support and the handling of HR-related emergencies, etc.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources management
• Project/Operations/Data related internship experience (HR related experience is not mandatory)
• Interest in people, excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity, clear logic
• Project management, data sensitivity and problem insight, work with closed-loop awareness, able to form solutions and drive completion of HR project work deliverables
• English communication skills, acceptance of overseas work, open-minded, tolerant, able to quickly integrate into a multicultural team
• Position is based in Dubai, UAE (1 month annual leave per year)

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
