Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

HR Generalist will support all functions of HR, specifically in maintaining employee relations and engagement across ADA. The generalist’s main responsibilities will include supporting employee well-being, managing recognition programs, conducting probation reviews, offboarding interviews, and overseeing data tracking.

Main Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
• Educating employees about their benefits through meetings or written communications.
• Administering benefits enrolment and termination processes.
• Handling benefits-related inquiries from employees and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Run standard reports and perform ad hoc reporting on HR activity as requested.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with a deep understanding of various HR functions and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
