We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, supporting various HR functions, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals in the FMCG, Horeca, and B2B sectors. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various departments.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
- Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance for employee development.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and company culture.
- Handle employee relations concerns, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and participate in strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, Horeca, or B2B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the UAE.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
