Position Title: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,5K AED depending on experience & qualifications plus performance-based bonus

About the Client:
A premier luxury event planning firm based in Dubai, renowned for crafting exceptional experiences with precision, creativity, and elegance

- Drive workforce planning, strategic hiring, and full-cycle recruitment to meet business needs.
- Manage contracts, payroll, policies, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Foster employee relations, lead engagement programs, and build a strong employer brand.
- Implement HR tech tools, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven HR insights

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR leadership experience in the UAE, preferably within the events industry
- Proficient in HRMS and digital tools; data-driven decision-making.
- Must have strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and admin operations

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
