Position Title: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi, offering IT consultancy and cloud computing services.

Job Description:
- Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Provide HR support on policies, benefits, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support performance management

Qualifications:
- Open to Female, Indian and Filipino nationalities, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 6 years of proven experience in similar role, preferably within IT/Software industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations and proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
