PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Digital HR Experience team (dHRx) works in close partnership with the Human Resources Board Area and the SAP SuccessFactors Sales organization focusing on selling software for Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. dHRx is a global program that looks to inspire the HR profession to lead business transformation where people flourish and businesses grow. We will accelerate digital transformational impact for Human Resource organizations, through a relational strategy that deepens trust & influence to enable businesses to run at their best. We will deliver on this promise through three strategic initiatives:

- FlourisHR: Position's SAP as the leader in Digital HR through world-class customer centered events, powerful evangelism & thought leadership
- WinwitHR: Influence compelling regional programs & demand management aligned to business needs that focuses on sales conversion
- IgniteHR: Create & promote forward thinking HR Strategy and digital business transformation consulting and advisory services for customers
We achieve these things by utilizing our internal HR Expert Network to engage with customers and share our SAP HR Digital Transformation story.

This Intern role is critical to dHRx team success. In close collaboration with the regional leads for EMEA, he or she will support the dHRx intake and engagement process. This operational role will be responsible to support program operations, enabling the effective partnership between SAP HR Experts and the dHRx customers as well as other key stakeholders (HR topic owners, marketing, partner organization...). This role will also be responsible for calculating regional program metrics and measures aligned to our global KPI's.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Attend to the dHRx EMEA mailbox and handle ongoing requests for information that are received from dHRx customers in a timely and professional manner, partnering with the dHRx customer until their request is solved.
- Support Regional Leads in curating content for customer engagements as needed, as well as other ad hoc needs.
- Support the established dHRx Engagement Process ; this is our standard process to intake customer engagement requests from the Sales, Marketing and Customer Office teams. This includes but not limited to: Coordinate, Schedule and Facilitate dHRx Customer Alignment calls to ensure Sales and assigned HR Experts are clear an engagement specifics, expectations and next steps.
- Gather, consolidate and monitor data collection and reporting for dHRx resources in EMEA. Work with global engagement manager on rolling data into the overarching KPI reporting.
- Own and analyze dHRx customer satisfaction feedback from EMEA for use in improving program performance. Gather data, consolidate and deliver metrics around key areas of both success and improvement.
- Follows-up on status of HCM Marketing or Partner-led HR events to ensure dHRx speakers are secured and briefed. Support in setting-up and managing on-site HCM related events where needed.
- Support with creating quality communication to key stakeholders (newsletter)
- Work closely with counterpart in global as well as MEE region and stand-in for counterpart in MEE during vacation time.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Sales, Human Resources
- Computer skills: PowerPoint (expert), Excel (expert), Outlook (expert)
- Language skills: English (fluent), German (fluent) is a plus
- Hands on self-starter, must act independently without waiting for instruction. Should not require daily oversight of work.
- Immensely flexible and can work with ambiguity - if you need things spelled out in a perfect detailed package, this is not going to be a good fit.
- Assertive yet diplomatic
- Can operate well on a virtual and global team across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical background
- Takes direct accountability and end-to-end ownership for work and results.
- Has a customer-first attitude.
- Detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects / programs successfully.
- Proactive and co-operative nature with a positive approach to overcoming and solving problems
- Ability to work in highly complex structures and environments with multiple stakeholders.
