About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the setup and growth of our new consultancy operations. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI automation, recruitment process design, and candidate engagement.

This internship is ideal for MBA students specializing in HR or anyone looking to build a career in recruitment consultancy or the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in designing and automating recruitment and people operations processes using AI tools.
• Create and manage interactive communication flows between job seekers and employers.
• Support the development of AI chatbots and digital assistants for recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate on university outreach programs to attract students for internships and job placements.
• Maintain candidate and employer databases and assist with recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct research and documentation for automation and process improvement projects.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR consultancy, and process automation.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts or enthusiasm to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
