Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Complete all assign tasks and assist with day-to-day operations
• Participate in meetings and other learning opportunities
• Observe and learn from experienced staff members
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
• Fulfill any requirements and meet goals set out at the start of the traineeship
• Prepare documents and update records
• Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings

Requirements

• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or any relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Management Trainee, Admin or HR related job
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
• Active listening and comprehending skills
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Flexible to work whenever required
• Excellent communication skills
