Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading retail business, is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their excellence-oriented team in Dubai.

Supporting the HR Director, you will have the following key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an organisational wide HR strategy that aligns with the Company's vision and its current and long-term business objectives
- To lead, evaluate and develop a team of Managers to ensure the Company's HR strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and in accordance to established guidelines and budgets
- Contribute to planning and decision-making at the top executive level so the Company HR strategy is aligned with other business strategies
- Ensure all HR activities and programs are implemented in accordance with the Company's HR strategy
- Manage and review staff relocation within the group
- Review and update existing HR policies and procedures to develop and communicate new policies where necessary
- Manage and share HR policies and support in recruitment, training, compensation, remuneration and benefits
- Manage performance evaluation and reviews for all staff
- Manage HR administration and systems

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience at an equivalent HR Management level role within the UAE with intensive training and recruitment concentration and responsibilities as well as very strong HR Generalist knowledge and proven capabilities.
- Must have previous experience recruiting for all job levels including non-exempt and exempt positions
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to connect with a diverse group of Talent and build excellent relations with Talent and maintain Talent and guest confidentiality at all times.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and deliver results, and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Hospitality or retail experience required
