Charterhouse is working with a global not for profit organisation. Our client has an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager to be based in their small Dubai office.
As HR Manager you will assist simultaneously with facilities and office management. You will be responsible for liaising with the HR Director in London and other regional offices. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries across the full 360 employee life cycle and will also be involved in restructuring the global reward plan and assisting in the implementation of a new HR system.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have substantial experience within Generalist HR. UAE experience is essential along with the ability to be hands-on and adaptable. This is a very busy and varied role, which will work closely with the business both in Dubai and London.
