HR Manager

Job description / Role

I am working with a client in the Oil and Gas Industry and they are looking to hire a HR Manager to join their business in AD.

As HR Manager your main responsibilities will be to implement HR Group policies, Local labour, recruitment (50% of your role) and manage the HR and Admin team.

Requirements

- To be considered for this role, you need to have a minimum of 12 years HR Experience
- You need to have relevant O&G industry experience
- You need to local UAE experience
- Be willing to travel within the region.
- Due to diversification, there is a very strong preference for female candidates.
