Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Managing the entire recruitment process of the Group.
• Implementing policies and procedures as per the business requirement.
• Monthly HR reports
• Implementing Employee Reward and Recognition programs.
• Preparing all kind of HR letters.
• Preparing and implementing Job Descriptions
• Initiating and implementing annual performance review process of the employees.
• Implementing all kinds of HR processes.

Requirements

• A professional Human Resource Manager with atleast 5 Experience working in UAE
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (CIPD would be advantageous)
• 5 years work experience as a HR manager or similar role within the UAE
• 5 years work experience (5 years within the UAE preferably with a Consulting company )
• Experience of defining, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, including appraisal systems, job descriptions etc.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
• General knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be beneficial)
• Demonstrable organizational, interpersonal and coaching skills
• Experience managing individuals within a team
