Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international training organisation who is looking to hire an HR Manager to run their MEA region from the Dubai office.
You will be responsible for circa 90 staff across the region and be required to handle all recruitment, compensation and benefits, oversees visa issuance, medical cover, dismissals, on-boarding and day-to-day HR related issues.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years' experience and should be comfortable reporting to the Regional Director and working in a sole role. This position will be best suited to a candidate who is flexible and able to multitask. As there will be regular travel on a quarterly basis, it is essential you do not have any travel restrictions and due to this, our client has stated a preference for a European passport holder.
