Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an award winning mid sized consultancy in Dubai, UAE. Client has seen tremendous growth and is looking for a HR professional who will report into the Managing Director.
Duties will include;
- Leading key HR projects around Talent Management, Behavioral Change, Employee Engagement
- Main point of contact within the region for escalated Employee Relations
- Providing support to senior stakeholders and HR peers on organisational design and restructuring issues
- Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies within HR processes and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent
- 7+ years experience including Middle East
- Extremely driven and able to build strong relationships, whilst projecting a positive and professional attitude
- Demonstrable experience as a generalist HR professional
- Hands on proactive attitude person who can work with autonomy in a face paced environment
- Proven experience delivering significant HR projects
