Job description / Role
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Create HR policies (absences, leave etc..) and monitor
- Create and implement KPIs
- Managing attendance reports, leave requests etc..
- Review work contracts, drafting job offers, complying with legal requirements and coordinate with PRO
- Motivate employees, improving communication within the company
- Promote the corporate culture among employees, provide trainings etc..

Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to meet deadlines and provide expected results
- Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Manager
