Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment
- Fill the Managerial vacancies.
- Work with Line Managers to create job descriptions and advertise roles online.
- On / off boarding and supporting employee cycle.
- Deliver new joiner induction for Senior roles.
- Create personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and completed.
- Compile joiners’ data related to visas requirement.

Employee Relations
- Work closely with Director of HR & Operations on Human Resources projects.
- Act as point of contact for first matters related to HR.
- Implement new Standard Operating Processes (SOP) across the Business.
- Take disciplinary actions if required such as warning / termination.
- Follow up on HR projects such as Accommodation / Insurance / etc.
- Create HR reports as required

Employee Communication
- Internal communication such as new joiner / promotion / HR activities.
- Review all company’s regulations on a regular basis such as Employee Handbook.
- Handover to the employee any official letter such as promotion / termination / warning.

Requirements

- Strong command of English both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources role in Dubai.
- Management experience – lead a team of 3.
- Sound knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
