Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a global financial services organisation who is looking to recruit an HR Operations Manager.
The HR Operations Manager will provide generalist support to the management team and staff, whilst providing functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, on-boarding, employee development and recruitment. In addition this role will require someone who is able to have an oversight of the finances of the offices expenditure, can liaise with the Auditors on regulatory matters and working closely with the DIFC and other government bodies across the UAE. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and ideally you will be someone that is happy to work autonomously but that can handle meticulous reporting for the European Head Office.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should be Degree educated and have a minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar role ideally from a financial services background or professional services. You will need to be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture, have strong leadership skills and the knack for handling large levels of responsibility. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a good understanding of basic accounting.
