Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an incredible luxury beauty brand who is looking to hire an HR Manager.
In this role, the HR Manager will provide Generalist support to the management team and staff, whilst providing functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, on-boarding, employee development and recruitment. In addition this role will require someone who is passionate about the beauty industry or has worked within retail and has a clear understanding of the ins and outs of this industry. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and ideally you will be someone that is happy to work autonomously or as part of the team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will be Degree educated and have 2 - 4 years' experience working within a similar role ideally from a Beauty, Retail or Hospitality Background. You will need to be someone who understands how fast paced things can be and ideally will be western educated with a strong flair for HR and of course strong knowledge of labour law.
