Employment: Full Time

Our client, an international hospitality group with several hotel properties across the region and global are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to plan, develop and direct HR policies as well as handle HR operational issues.

The core job responsibilities will include sourcing, developing and retaining the necessary talent required to achieve business objectives, developing appropriate strategies for compensation and benefits and implementing the programs with administrative excellence, creating positive employee relations to ensure highly productive motivated staff as well as reporting and advising division management on key economic, political and social issues in the region that could have an impact on the affiliate.

Requirements

To qualify for this role you should have 5 years’ experience in Human Resources preferably with experience at Middle/Senior Management level. You should have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry with experience in the development of employee relations, strategies and policies. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to deal with colleagues at all levels and, where necessary, externally with stakeholders. Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
