Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an incredible luxury beauty brand who is looking to hire a HR Manager with previous GCC recruitment experience.
In this role, you will build the department, focus on manpower planning, and provide functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, on-boarding and employee development.
The successful candidate will need to be available for occasional travel from Dubai to other GCC countries (specifically Kuwait). You should be able to demonstrate previous experience in recruitment, within this region, in your current or previous roles to date. You should be passionate about the beauty industry, have previously worked within retail and have a clear understanding of the ins and outs of this industry. You should also have strong knowledge of UAE labour law and UAE visa processing.
