Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading US Multi-National organisation who is looking to hire a HR Manager to oversee the HR functions across the Middle East, liaising directly with offices in India, Saudi Arabia and Eastern Europe.

This HR role requires someone that can oversee the HR function not only from a strategic angle but also by providing hands on support to the current HR team. The role has been created due to growth of the business and therefore requires an individual that is able to be part of a business that will continue to evolve and grow, but does not have a problem being involved in a HR revamp. This role will report to the COO and a dotted line to the HR Director in the USA.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have 10 years’ experience working within a similar role, ideally within a multi-national and have a genuine passion for HR. You should be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills. This role requires a native English speaker due to large levels of contact with the overseas offices and female candidates will be given preference for gender diversity.
