Job description / Role
Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for the full HR lifecycle of company employees including developing and optimising policies, comp and bens, learning and development, performance evaluation and team culture.
The successful candidate must be a UAE resident, have 5 years experience working as a HR Manager, 3 of which must be in the UAE, be degree educated in HR or hold a CIPD level 5 and above. Candidates must be flexible with regards to working hours however the company does operate a 5 day working week.
