- Cooperate with HRBP from Headquarter to deliver all kinds of service support work required by the business departments
- Establish and improve a standardized HR system, maintain the underlying data of employees, and perform a comprehensive and detailed analysis of basic personnel information
- Pay attention to the updates of various laws and policies related to human resources especially for Dubai & Egypt in real time, provide timely and effective policy consulting services related to various human resources, and conduct regular training and publicity for internal employees
- 5+ years of HRSSC work experience; proficient in employee relations and familiar with the salary module
- Deep understanding of the UAE & Egypt labor laws and HR policies
- The candidate should have SSC experience in the high-tech and Internet industries and has a systematic vision of SSC
- Possess strong communication skills, logical thinking & execution ability
- Leading the standardization of HR system, and having rich operating experience in HR process and experience
- Strong command of English and Arabic
