Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established Real Estate Broker who is looking to hire a HR manager to join their team in Dubai.
This role requires someone who is able to handle a 360 HR role and enjoys handling all aspects of HR. You will be involved in rolling out policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, streamlining HR procedures and be the go to person for HR. This role would suit someone that loves HR and ready to expand with the company.
In addition you will support with payroll functions and maintain accurate and up to date records as well as files. You will provide HR administrative support to help prioritise and organise workloads.
The successful candidate should be Western educated and have at least 5 years of HR experience and ideally you will have gained this experience within a Real Estate or Professional Services environment. The successful candidate will already be living in Dubai and should ideally possess UAE working experience. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills and have outstanding communication skills.
You should enjoy working autonomously and within a team, and be confident with implementing processes and procedures.
