Exciting stand alone HR Manager position reporting to the General Manager. You will be supported by a HR administrator and Payroll officer.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global creative visuals and audio company in Dubai with a strong presence in the Middle East region. They are currently recruiting an HR Manager , reporting to the General Manager to manage the end-to-end HR operations across the Middle East.

They are seeking out candidates who possess a dynamic and strong personality with the ability to take on the responsibility of large teams effectively.


Job Description

* Review current HR policies and procedures and create and implement new ones in accordance with the General Manager
* Ensure adherence of HR policies and procedures by all employees across the organisation.
* Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
* Act as an HR Business Partner for employees across the Middle East region.
* Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organisation including employee contracts, visa processing, overseeing the payroll responsibility with the HR Payroll Officer, expenses, annual leave, etc.
* Ensure up to date Labour Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business
* Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of experience in HR working as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, within HR operations or similar roles is essential
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
* Strong Knowledge of HR software systems
* Knowledge of the current market
* Fluency in English is essential
* Must be currently located in UAE
* Ability to deliver to Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment through one's own initiative
* Must have the ability to manage high performing staff and operations across the Middle East
