Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:
A stand alone café restaurant based in Dubai, known all over social media for its awesome signature food items and funky, energetic interior vibe.
Job Description: .
• Leads Admin team of HR to handle salary, compensation & benefits like insurance, medical benefits, etc
• Handle all employees requests related to employment such as NOC, Employment Cert, Salary Cert, copies of contract, resignation, termination, etc
• Evaluate and prepare reports for upper management showing the results of recruitment, admin, manpower planning, etc
• Do proper employee orientation and onboarding for new joiners
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role
• Must have UAE and KSA experience and knowledgeable on labour laws of both countries
• Must have experience handling more than 200 employees
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
