Employment: Full Time

• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition - Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from collaborating with the line managers to creating required job descriptions, managing official hiring platforms, conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding
• HRM System - Ability to manage the company HRM System at all times (Knowledge of interfaces like Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc. is essential)
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Employee Welfare Practices
• Ability to draft all necessary policies and adhering Legal Documents
• Co-anchor the creation of training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Employee issues and conflicts resolution - a sound understanding of grievance and escalation policies
• Ensure the organization's compliance
• Drafting, updating, and maintaining The Company Handbook (both for Corporates and Employees)
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with the Corporate to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiative
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Relevant Certification
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
