HR Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a large international multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a HR Manager to oversee their offices in the Gulf Region to be based preferably in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

Suitable candidates who fulfill the requirements below are invited to apply.

* Minimum 20 years overall experience in a HR role, with a minimum 10 years' experience as a HR Manager within the UAE.
* Industry experience beneficial but not essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred and or CIPD
* Knowledge of UAE and other GCC countries labour laws.
* Experience in managing workforces of 250+ and implementing a business management system for this scale.
