Job description / Role
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Client Details
The client is a global brand with in the cosmetics industry and is offering a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to join their ever growing team, the role will look after a total of 180 employees.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retaining of employees
* Nurture a positive working environment
* Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
* Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
* Maintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR system
* Implement learning and development policy.
* Manage talent and succession planning.
* Bridge managers and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
* Process payroll and administer payroll records

Requirements
Successful applicants will have/be
* Proven working experience as HR manager or HR Business Partner
* Local middle east experience is a much and Arabic language is an advantage
* People oriented, energetic, agile and hands on
* Highly collaborative and team player
* Person who can deal with complex structure
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of UAE & KSA labour law and HR best practices
