Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading retail brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting the company’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various retail positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on HR best practices.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile: HR Manager – Retail (Dubai)

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager role will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within the retail industry. They should possess a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, and be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that support company growth.

This individual will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both employees and senior management. A proven ability to navigate HR challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on organizational culture and employee retention, is essential.

Qualifications:
