Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus performance bonus

About the Client:
A leading Chinese apparel brand offering casual and formal clothing
Job Description:
• Handle the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Labor Law, including contract management for staff.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement recruitment systems to attract the right talent, while also establishing talent management and succession planning to ensure retention and growth within the organization.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role, exclusively in retail sector
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Employment Law, payroll, and HR processes is a must.
