Job description / Role
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Post job ads, interview candidates, and help with hiring new team members.
• Welcome and train new employees.
Employee Management
• Keep employee records updated (contracts, leaves, documents).
• Support staff with their questions or problems.
• Handle any conflicts or issues at work in a fair and kind way.
HR Policies & Legal Compliance
• Make sure the company follows UAE labor laws.
• Prepare and update HR policies when needed.
Office Support (if needed)
• Help with basic office management and team coordination.
• Support with organizing events or team activities.
Payroll & Leaves
• Work with the finance team to prepare salary info, leaves, and benefits.
• Follow up on visas and other legal papers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in HR (real estate experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work with Microsoft Office and HR tools.
