Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:
• Oversee the full recruitment process, from screening to onboarding new employees.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees on related matters, management on reports and performance review, recruitment agencies for interviews, etc.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonuses, incentives, and health benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and other HR documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationalities from Luxury Retail; 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
• At least 5 years relevant experience in recruitment, employees’ relations, and performance management
• Must have strong knowledge in UAE Labor laws and HR with strong background in Retail
