Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Serve as the primary POC for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Support management in organizational development, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave management, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits administration

• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Male, 30 to 45 years old
• At least 8 years relevant experience in Real Estate industry
• Must have experience managing a team of around 100 employees

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
