Job description / Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead all human resources operations, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive company growth.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of retail staff.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
