HR Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is recruiting for an HR Manager for one of the international clients, who will oversee end-to-end HR operations for a fast-growing construction project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architecture, engineering, or major infrastructure projects, with solid knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and site-based HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for project management and site personnel
• Handle onboarding, mobilization, and HR documentation for new hires
• Coordinate UAE visa processing, renewals, and government portal submissions
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave management, and payroll support
• Provide guidance on UAE labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements
• Support HR activities on-site, including site visits, attendance, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
• Work closely with project leadership to ensure staffing needs are met throughout construction phases
• Implement HR processes, performance tracking, and employee relations support
• Prepare HR reports and ensure all administrative procedures are followed

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within architecture, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa and immigration procedures, and HR compliance
• Experience handling HR operations for on-site teams is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and start immediately
