Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave records accurately.
• Support management in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory HR requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Foster a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
