Position Title: HR Manager

Salary: up to 13K- 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A recognized British curriculum school in Sharjah offering education from early years to secondary level, accredited by BSME and following UK educational standards.

Job Description:
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and KHDA documentation for all staff.
• Manage HR operations: records, attendance, leaves, payroll support, and compliance.
• Support staff relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive school culture.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and ongoing staff development.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the school or education sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, KHDA requirements, and HR best practices
• Familiarity with staff qualification verification and KHDA Teacher Permit processes

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
