Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading Dubai-based firms, renowned for its creative interior designs, exhibition stands, and exceptional event management.

Job Description:
§ Execute and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
§ Handle office administration tasks such as reception coverage, stationary procurement, filing, and office supply management.
§ Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
§ Manage GDRFA and MOHRE processes directly.

Qualifications:
§ Open to an immediate joiner, Filipino and Indian nationalities, aged 38 years and below.
§ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
§ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a UAE-based SME or creative industry.
§ Must have direct, hands-on experience managing GDRFA and MOHRE processes.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
