About the Client:
A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and HR compliance across sites.
• Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Female, 40 years old and below
• 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, L&D, and employee relations.

Salary:
AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
