Job description / Role
A newly created role within a multinational financial services business going through a period of growth. The role is suitable for an experienced HR generalist, fluent Arabic and experience in the financial services industry to act as a partner to the leadership team.
Client Details
An expanding financial services business with offices in multiple international locations.
Description
* Manage day to day HR operations and administration related to the employee life cycle
* Process on boarding paperwork and inductions
* Manage employee relations in each regional office
* Put together performance management program
* Identify training needs and facilitate
* Lead employee engagement initiatives
* Handle all recruitment including sourcing of specialists in financial services
Job Offer
* Salary between AED 30-35,000 dependent on candidate experience
Requirements
* Must be Fluent Arabic
* Must have knowledge of UAE labour law with previous experience in other jurisdictions too
* Previous work experience in a Financial Services company, knowledge of job types and candidate pools
* 8+ years generalist HR experience and 2-3 years in a management position
* Proven experience working in a stand alone role (no other HR or administrative support)
