Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

HR Manager reporting to the Managing Director  

Our client is currently recruiting for an Arabic Speaking HR Manager based in Sharjah.

Must have good knowledge in recruitment, UAE labour law, PMP, compensation and benefits,   payroll and administration.     You should have in-depth professional HR knowledge and expertise along with proven experience working in a start-up environment.

You should be able to work proactively, have the ability to prioritise and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

You must have good communication skills in English with Arabic as a plus along with proficiency in computers with exposure to HR software solutions as a distinct advantage.

Excellent working knowledge of HR procedures together with implementation and maintenance of HR principles and practices is required.

In addition, you should have the ability to translate strategy into policies, procedures and programmes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master degree in Human Resource Management with 3-6 years’ experience in HR in the UAE .
