Job description / Role

Our client, one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world, is looking to hire an exceptional HR Manager to plan, develop and direct HR policies/strategies to gain the best out of the brands employees across the region.

The core job responsibilities will include sourcing, developing and retaining the necessary talent required to achieve business objectives, developing appropriate strategies for compensation and benefits and implementing the programs with administrative excellence, creating positive employee relations to ensure highly productive motivated staff as well as reporting and advising division management on key economic, political and social issues in the region that could have an impact on the affiliate.

Requirements

To qualify for this role you will have 5 years experience in Human Resources preferably with experience at Middle/Senior Management level. You will have a strong understanding of retail preferably luxury retail with experience in the development of employee relations, strategies and policies. You will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to deal with colleagues at all levels and, where necessary, externally with stakeholders. You will have exceptional skills in Arabic and English and your presentation will be impeccable.
