Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time


The Human Resources Manager will help out in setting up the function in the HR department, which also includes transformation, implementation of the HR systems, policies and procedures and development plans.

Reporting to: General Manager


Nature and length of previous experience:

Must have a current/previous experience in construction industry and at least 10 years of extensive experience in HR and Transformation.

University Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent.
