A newly established project company in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

Description

* HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
* HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
* HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.
