Job description / Role
A Reputed Investment and Real Estate company in Dubai is looking for a HR Manager for their Team:
Responsibilities:
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Design and implement HR policies in line with industry standards & organizational values and provide guidance across departments.
• Manage talent acquisition processes such as recruitment and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees
• Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Develops, updates, implements, and/or communicates staff policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws, and regulations.
• Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
• Lead the on boarding process for new recruits
• Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support
• Utilizes resources in order to address employee issues and concerns as needed.
• Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.
• Send candidate human resources orientation documents to complete and return to the human resources department.
• Maintain and keep a record of all employee data visa expiries
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPD Certification Will be added advantage
• Minimum 6 years of human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as HR Manager.
• Experience working in Real Estate or Investment Industry is a Must
• Relevant experience in the UAE is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
